Jenni George is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager and Co-Owner of Deerfield Veterinary Clinic – a mixed animal practice in New Hampshire. She oversees 25 women and one man (her husband) in their busy 5-doctor practice. Jenni also enjoys speaking about building confident and effective teams and living in a positive culture. in 2020, Jenni started The Veterinary Survival Show podcast with co-host Mark McGuann who is a CPA to veterinarians across the country. Their goal is to help veterinary business owners and managers know that they are not alone and give them inspiration and ideas to thrive in the veterinary jungle. Jenni lives next to their practice with her husband, 3 children, 8 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 set of grandparents. Organized chaos is a way of life for her and she loves every minute of it!
